Erin Langley is the Executive Director and the Artistic Director of Eastern Shore Repertory Theatre. She is a former third grade teacher of the Baldwin County Public School System and a graduate of Spring Hill College. She has served as Artist-in-Residence at several Baldwin County schools and at Church of the Apostles. Erin loves using theatre wherever she goes and has developed Reading/Theatre Residencies for struggling elementary age readers and has even directed a show at a school in Haiti (in French!). In her spare time, she enjoys tinkering in the recording studio and spending time with her wonderful family: Karl, Ezra, Zoë and June (their crazy Boxer).
Matthew Kiel holds a BA in Dance, an AA in Music and is certified by the American Ballroom Association of Teachers. He is the current Artistic Director for the Mobile Youth Repertory Dance Company, and the Dance Director for Playhouse in the Park, Mobile. He has choreographed award winning shows for Six Flags Theme Parks as well as many other theaters, colleges, and studios across the southeast. Matthew has been an Dance Teacher for the Mobile County School System. He has appeared at the Paris Hotel and Casino and the Hilton Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV, the Andy Williams Theater, and the Shoji Tibuchi Theaters in Branson, Mo. He has danced for Six Flags Theme Parks in New Orleans and New Jersey, the Gaylord Texan in Dallas and the Opryland Hotel in Nashville, the Kennedy Center in DC, and many other venues across the US. He has been seen in many muscials such as "A Chorus Line", "Oklahoma", "Fame", and "Will Rogers Follies" just to name a few and he has been a guest judge at the Dixie Dance Masters of America. Aside from classical dance, he has taught and competed with hundreds of students ballroom in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, Nevada, where he worked with celebrity and high profile clientele.
David Redman Scott is a native of Daphne, Alabama where he grew up in the backyards of drama theatre camps and community theatres on the Eastern Shore.
Professional credits include work at The New London Barn Playhouse (New London, NH), Merry-Go-Round Playhouse (Auburn, NY), Virginia Music Theatre (Norfolk, VA), three seasons touring as stage manager of A Christmas Carol produced by Troupe America, Inc., Snoopy Rock! ON ICE at Cedar Point Amusement Park and The Medora Musical (Medora, ND). Broadway management credits include Little Shop of Horrors and the 2005 revival of Sweeney Todd.
Scott began working at Disney Theatrical Group in 2006 and currently works as Manager of Theatrical Licensing, overseeing the stock and amateur business which grants rights to professional and community theatres allowing productions to take place around the world. He has contributed to the Broadway productions of Tarzan, Mary Poppins, The Little Mermaid, Newsies, Peter and the Starcatcher and the National Tour of High School Musical. Scott is responsible for producing the Disney JR. and KIDS titles part of Music Theatre International's Broadway Junior Collection, abridged musicals for young performers including Beauty and the Beast JR., Winnie the Pooh KIDS, Peter Pan JR. and My Son Pinocchio JR.
